7. Cancellations and Refunds

7.1 You can cancel your participation in any course. To be able to claim full refund, you need to cancel your participation at least 7 days prior to the course start date. Once cancelled, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. To cancel your participation, send email to Course Administrator at [email protected]

7.2 Once registered and enrolled in the cohort, you can also decide to participate in future cohort without any additional cost, in case you are busy during that cohort. To do that, send emails to Course Administrator at [email protected]. However, certain rules apply as mentioned below:

7.2.1 Students who do not start the course and do not respond to emails from the course coordinator up to two weeks of beginning of the cohort – Student will be excluded from the cohort and No refunds will be issued. Student must re-enroll with full payment of fees.

7.2.2 Students who start the course but leave halfway through and do not respond to communications – Student will be excluded from the cohort and No refunds will be issued. Student must re-enroll with full payment of fees.

7.2.3 You can request for a refund within 7 days of making the payment. Also, if you have paid in installment and your seat is not secured due to limited availability, you will receive full refund.

8.      User login details

8.1    If you register for an account with our website, you will be asked to choose a user ID and password.

8.2    Your user ID must not be liable to mislead and must comply with the content rules set out in Section 11; you must not use your account or user ID for or in connection with the impersonation of any person.

8.3    You must keep your password confidential.
