MLC : Effective Healthcare Waste Management 

Introduction: Health Care Waste Management (HCWM) is a process that ensures proper handling and disposal of the health care waste in a safe way. HCWM includes all the steps necessary for waste management from planning to disposal. Waste management is of great importance to reduce the serious health implications. The objective of this course is to spread knowledge among the personnel involved in health care services to prevent transmission of the diseases in the society and to protect public health and environment.

Who is this Course for: This course focuses on healthcare workers, both clinical and supportive like pharmacists, nurses, physicians, frontline workers, housekeeper, social workers working in health facilities or hospitals in providing a detailed understanding of managing healthcare waste in their respective workplace.
